Our mission is to support Grundy residents who are facing homelessness, especially during periods of extreme cold weather. While we may be able to offer emergency shelter, availability is dependent on current donations and capacity and cannot always be guaranteed.

Management of Request Information

Grundy Area PADS participates in the Will County Continuum of Care Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). HMIS is a shared system operated in partnership with United Way of Will County and service providers across Will, Kendall, and Grundy Counties. It is used by organizations that support individuals and families experiencing housing instability, homelessness, or other related needs.

Information entered into HMIS helps coordinate services, reduce duplication, and improve access to available resources.
